Activities and Events
Co-curricular Activities
Students are encouraged to engage in a variety of activities beyond the classroom that complement all subjects. Teachers provide a diverse range of co-curricular options that directly connect to the curriculum. We motivate students to participate actively, helping them discover and cultivate their interests.
Extra-curricular Activities and Talent Time

The program is implemented through a variety of clubs, each guided by a specialist trainer. Activities are scheduled for two sessions per week, allowing students to explore multiple areas of interest. Each student has the opportunity to select a club to engage with fully throughout the academic year, which fosters the chance to excel in their chosen pursuits, such as:
- Sports: Swimming, Football, Basketball, Gymnastics, Table Tennis, Handball, etc.
- Performing Arts: Music and Drama.
- Visual Arts: Drawing and Photography..
- Science and Environment Club
- Technology: Robotics and Programming.
- Press and Media
- Vocational Studies: Home Economics, Maintenance, and related fields.
Through these extracurricular activities, students can develop new skills, build friendships, and gain valuable experiences outside the traditional classroom setting.
Student-Led Conferences
At BIS, we believe students are the experts on their own learning. Student-Led Conferences provide a unique opportunity for students to take the lead in sharing their academic progress with parents. During these conferences, students will showcase their work, discuss their achievements, and identify areas for growth.
During these conferences, students:
- Develop essential communication and presentation skills: They learn to articulate their thoughts clearly, organize their ideas, and effectively present their work to others.
- Enhance self-reflection: Students critically analyze their own learning, identify areas of strength and areas for growth, and set personal learning goals.
- Increase their confidence and independence: Leading the conference fosters a sense of responsibility and builds student confidence in their abilities.
- Develop a deeper understanding of their learning: By actively engaging in the discussion, students gain a clearer understanding of their academic progress and areas for improvement.
