Transportation

The school offers bus transportation for students to and from school. Parents are not obligated to use this service and are welcome to explore alternative transportation options. For registration and payment for bus services, please visit the school service administration office.

rsonal Transportation

  • A written approval form is required to authorize the individual responsible for dropping off and picking up the student from the school campus. This form can be obtained from the Student Affairs Office, and it should specify the relationship of the authorized person to the student.
  • The school will issue two ID cards: one for the student to keep and the other for the authorized individual.
  • Any changes regarding the appointed person must be reported in writing to the school. The authorized individual is required to present their ID to school security at the gate each time they pick up the student.

School Bus Transportation

  • Parents will receive a schedule outlining the bus routes based on districts.
  • Students should arrive at the bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, as buses will not wait longer than 2 minutes.
  • It is recommended that an adult accompany young students while they wait for the bus.
  • For lower-grade students, ID cards should be pinned to their uniforms for easy identification.
  • Any change of a student’s address must be reported to the School Administration as soon as possible. Arrangements for continued bus service can only be made if the new address falls within the established bus routes.

Bus Regulations

  • All students must show respect, follow the instructions of the bus matron, and exhibit the same behavior expected on school grounds.
  • Students should remain quiet and avoid talking to the driver while the bus is in motion.
  • Students must stay seated, refrain from opening windows, and are not permitted to leave their seats or stand up while the bus is moving.
  • Students are responsible for keeping the bus clean; they should not scratch, write on, or damage the bus seats.

Transportation Change Request

A written note from a parent is required to request a change in transportation for their child (from the school bus to a private car). This note must be submitted and approved by the Administration no later than 11:30 AM on the same day. Please note that a phone call from the parent regarding this matter will not be sufficient and will not be accepted
